We primarily serve customers within the UAE and also support limited international shipping.
International shipping availability and charges will be displayed automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and order details.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day
Orders placed after Saturday 3:00 PM are processed on Sunday
Estimated delivery: within 2–5 business days across the UAE
Free Shipping on orders AED 150 and above
Flat Rate AED 19 for orders below AED 150

Pre-order items are sourced from Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and India
Once your order is dispatched and an AWB (Air Waybill Number) is generated, you will receive tracking details via email or mobile.
If a pre-order item becomes unavailable after purchase:
You will be notified by email or phone
The unavailable item will be refunded automatically
Remaining items will be shipped as scheduled
Unavailable items will not be placed on backorder
We offer international shipping to limited countries.
International shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination, customs, and courier services

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped
All international orders must be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder

If an order is rejected or returned due to customs restrictions:
A 30% handling fee will apply
